Netanya municipality and the Ministry of Tourism are going to invest in the continued development of the promenades in Netanya 6.5 million NIS. Construction work for the three promenades will be done in 2007.
According to the architect of the promenade the promenade will be designed with simple, clean lines and keep repeating elements from the Mazok promenade. |

Netanya mayor, Miriam Feiberg-Iccar confirmed the news and remarked that the area in discussion is in “Ir Hayamim” north of Poleg.
The American billionaire Donald Trump is seriously considering the possibility of creating a tourist area at the Ir Yamim area in a space designed for building up to 2500 hotel rooms. |
